A New Home for Sgt. Timothy Hall

After months of hard work, on March 30, 2013, Army SGT Timothy Hall accepted the keys to the home built specifically for him in his hometown, Hawthorne, NV.

While defending our country, Hall was critically injured during an indirect mortar attack at his Forward Operating Base in the Logar Province of Afghanistan. Timothy’s Passion for life kept him alive through numerous surgeries. Ultimately, the more than 60 surgeries led to the amputation of both legs and his right hip.

The Nevada Military Support Alliance, looking for a way to give back to this hero, teamed with Homes For Our Troops to provide him with a specially adapted home that will provide him with a safe environment that is based specifically around his adaptive needs.

This project, totaling $250,000 was fully funded by the Nevada Military Support Alliance.
